New Call Interface Details
- The new call interface looks more like Google Meet.
- It features a "Transfer" button and an "Add" button.
- The "Add" button changes to "Merge" when a second call is waiting.
How to Initiate a Three-Way Call
- During an existing call, tap the "Add" button.
- Select a contact from your list.
- Google Voice will call the other person.
- Merge the calls with a tap.
- Notifications will appear to indicate when someone is on hold with button to switch between the calls.
Availability
- The three-way calling update is currently on extended rollout (up to 15 days or longer).
- Initially, it's only available to Google Workspace customers with a Voice Starter, Voice Standard, or Voice Premier subscription, as well as SIP Link Standard and SIP Link Premier customers.
- The new interface will eventually be available to all Google Voice users, but iOS availability is not explicitly confirmed
