How to redeem a ListenHub code
Redeem a ListenHub membership code in under a minute: where to enter it, what each rejection message actually means, and how to confirm the credits arrived.

A redemption code unlocks a ListenHub membership. Entering one takes about thirty seconds, which is why most of this guide is about the other part: what the error messages mean, and how to check the code actually landed.
Redeem a code
- Sign in first. Codes attach to an account. Hitting Apply while signed out sends you to the login page instead of redeeming anything.
- Open the redeem page. You can also get there from the bottom of the pricing page, where the link is labeled Redeem Membership, next to Topup Credits.
- Enter your code and click Apply. The button stays inactive until there is something in the field.
- Wait for "Redemption successful." ListenHub returns you to the home page with the plan active.
That is the entire flow. Everything below is for when step 3 argues with you.
Where codes come from
Codes are issued by ListenHub, usually through a promotion, a partner, or a community event. If yours came from somewhere else, expect it not to work.
A code is not the same thing as a credit pack. Packs are something you buy yourself from Topup Credits and they top up a balance; a code activates a membership. And each code is single-use — once it's redeemed, it's spent.
When a code is rejected
The field turns red and tells you why. These cover almost every case.
"Redemption code does not exist." Nearly always a transcription problem rather than a dead code. Check for a trailing space picked up by copy-paste, a capital O where there should be a zero, or a code truncated by a line wrap in an email. Retype it by hand before giving up on it.
"Redemption code has already been used." Exactly what it says. If you know you never redeemed it, whoever forwarded it to you probably did.
"Already subscribed, cannot purchase again." You may hit this if you already have an active plan, since redeeming creates a membership rather than adding to one. Wait out the current billing period or ask support to sort it out.
You land on the login page and nothing was redeemed. You weren't signed in. Sign in and try again — the code is untouched.
If none of that fits, contact support with the code and the exact message you saw.
Confirm the credits arrived
Open Settings → Plan. The readout shows Total Credits, and the info icon next to it breaks that number into the buckets that behave differently:
- Time-limited Credits — expire on a set date
- Subscription Credits — your plan's grant, reset each cycle on the date shown
- Permanent Credits — never expire
- Banana Pro free quota — a daily image allowance, counted separately from credits
Spending order is fixed: time-limited first, then subscription, then permanent. The order exists so the credits that expire get used before the ones that don't. The credits guide goes through the rules in full.
For a sense of what the balance buys: a five-minute AI podcast costs around 24 credits, ten minutes of text to speech around 40, and a 2K image 15. Go spend it.
